Policy Lookup

    1. Log into your carrier portal

    2. Select “My Reports”

    3. Select “Policy Summary”

    4. Above the list of polices, select “Logged-In Agent” and switch to “All” or “Downline Agents.”

    2. Select “Continue”

    3. Select “Agent E-file”

    4. Select “Daily New Business/Underwriting Activity Report by Agency”

    5. Select the date you want to view.

    4. Select “Search” over to the right toward the top.

    1. Log into your agent portal

    2. Select “Continue”

    3. Select “Agent E-file”

    4. Select “Info CSV”

    5. It will automatically download an Excel Spreadsheet to your computer.

    3. There should be 3 white boxes. The one in the middle says “Debt.”

    4. Select “See All” at the bottom of that box.
